 Kapila Chemical Management Services offers a package of services that enables our customers to:

When a client engages our chemical advisory and management concept to support its manufacturing processes, a number of functions are transferred to the Chemical Advisor who allows the client to focus on the manufacturing process while retaining control of the decision making regarding the chemicals used in the process. Kapila Chemical Advisory and Management Services are custom built and designed.

Chem SUPPORT :

An expansion beyond our core management services is on-site health, safety and environmental supprt services. These services relate to the chemicals that are managed under the core program and include chemical management, hazardous chemical evaluation, statutory # reporting, environmental reporting, and training and safe use instruction. In addition, Kapila has developed proprietary computer software that integrates with purchasing and project management software.

Stock Control :

Waste minimization and recycling services are also provided by Kapila as an expanded service that can be added onto our core service program. We provide our clients with the use of Kapila's joint venture recycling operation, Fluid Recycling Services, the on-site application of centrifuge and recycling systems, or contract mobile recyclers. Kapila takes an integrated systems view of waste management that allows us to specify or even design chemical products. Additionally, material handling system cleaning and maintenance can be incorporated into service package.

Cost Savings Programs and Project Administration :

Targeted cost savings projects based on a system approach is another dimension of Kapila's core management services program. The project focus on all of the input to the manufacturing process including : chemicals, materials being machined and the tooling used for machning.
